We first met those in the Therapy Department back in 2015 when my husband, Vincent, had a knee replacement. It was my turn in 2016, and then also having weekly home care visits with Janet, from the same department. I am here again, after more surgery, now in 2017. When you find personnel that you like, it makes it easier to return to get help. We appreciate the knowledge that they have to help each individual. We also like the "personal touch", the attention, the caring, the patience, the getting-to-know you time, because you are important as a person. We even like the kidding and the joking, it helps to be able to smile and laugh, even when you are not feeling well. We have been, and are, very happy with the Therapy Department Personnel.
